4. Retention Period
Data from the contact form is retained for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and for 3 years from the last contact (for potential claims purposes). Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics policy (by default 14 months). Data collected on the basis of consent is retained until the consent is withdrawn.
5. Recipients of Data
Your data may be shared with:
- technical service providers (hosting, e-mail delivery),
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Search Console),
- Microsoft Corporation (Clarity),
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook Pixel, Conversions API) — only with your consent,
- Calendly, Inc. — for scheduling consultation calls.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Some of the above recipients are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Data transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
